Winter squash season is here and we couldn’t be more excited! In this class, you’ll learn about all the different types of squash you see at the market, how to cut and prep them, and what recipes to make with different squash varieties. Prepare to look at winter squash with a new lens! We’ll start with a mega-tasting of lots of winter squash varieties so you can see what’s out there, taste the differences, and identify your favorites. Then, we’ll make squash salads and entrees and sit down to a meal that celebrates winter squash like never before.
