This class will take you on a journey through the diverse world of gnocchi as you create different varieties of pillowy Italian dumplings. The history of gnocchi dates back to ancient Roman times, and as the recipe evolved over time, different regions of Italy developed their own variations of gnocchi. We’ll dive into these variations and take a modern spin on the flavors while you master the techniques behind fluffy gnocchi. You’ll learn how to shape and cook gnocchi with different rolling and cutting techniques and pair your perfect gnocchi with complimentary sauces.
On the menu:

  • Spinach & Ricotta Gnocchi with Roasted Red Pepper Tomato Sauce

  • Potato Gnocchi with Kale and Crispy Prosciutto

  • Sweet Potato Gnocchi with Browned Butter, Sage, and Mushrooms

  • Sweet Potato Gnocchi with Calabrian Chilies & Pecorino

This class can accommodate vegetarian students but not vegan or gluten free students. 

Classes are BYOB. Note that some classes can be adapted to meet dietary needs, but not all. Please contact us if you have any questions about dietary restrictions.
