SOLD OUT Fall Happy Hour Class: Apps & Drinks

Welcome to a new style of class at Fennel - Friday happy hour! In this class, we’ll unwind from the week and make seasonal apps and drinks that are sure to impress the next time you invite friends over for snacks. In groups, we’ll make a variety of appetizers and drinks, then will enjoy happy hour together as a time to catch up with friends, meet new people, and eat/drink tasty things. 

*All drinks listed in the menu are non-alcoholic. If you would like to spike any of the drinks, feel free to bring your favorite spirits/wine - we recommend whiskey and sparkling wine for this particular menu, but bring along anything you’d like to drink!

  • Crispy Cabbage with Caper-Lemon Aioli

  • Caramelized Pear & Gorgonzola Toasts with Hot Honey Pecans

  • Crispy Smashed Potatoes with Creme Fraiche & Salmon Caviar

  • Roasted Carrot Labneh Dip with Pepita Dukkah

  • Plum Cardamom Shrub

  • Rosemary (N/A)Amaro Spritz

  • Fresh Turmeric & Ginger Cider

  • Sage Pear Spritz

This class can accommodate vegetarian and gluten free students. Please leave a note at checkout if this applies to you or anyone in your group.
Classes are BYOB. Note that some classes can be adapted to meet dietary needs, but not all. Please contact us if you have any questions about dietary restrictions.
