Sweet & Savory Tarts

Get ready to dive into the wonderful world of tarts in all their versatility. We’ll guide you through the techniques of making pȃte brisée (savory tart dough) and pȃte sucrée (sweet tart dough) and then craft both sweet and savory filling combinations.

On the menu:

  • Caramelized onion, butternut squash, and gruyere tart

  • Leek, fennel, and mushroom tart with goat cheese

  • Pear, hazelnut, and ginger tart

  • Fig, mascarpone, and pistachio tart

Classes are BYOB. Note that some classes can be adapted to meet dietary needs, but not all. Please contact us if you have any questions about dietary restrictions.
