The farmers market is where summer in Saint Louis comes to life!
With juicy tomatoes and berries, crisp cucumbers, vibrant greens, fragrant herbs, and more, summer’s bounty deserves to be celebrated. In this class, we’ll dive into the world of seasonal cooking as you learn valuable techniques to make the most of local produce and highlight the flavors that define the summer season. We’ll start by making light and refreshing appetizers, then we’ll sit down to snack on starters before cooking up summery entrees and sitting down to a communal dinner together.

Cucumber Gazpacho with Lemon Yogurt & Almonds
Summer Squash & Carrot Salad with Peanuts, Basil, and Fish Sauce
Pistachio Whipped Feta with Blackberries
Seared Chicken Thighs with Corn Puree & Herb Salad (Seared Maitake Mushrooms for vegetarian option)
Grilled Steak with Carrot Top Salsa Verde (Marinated Grilled Tofu for vegetarian option)
Ricotta Cheesecake with Pink Peppercorn-Macerated Berries
