In this class, you’ll learn how to make a variety of Indian flatbreads and delicious accompaniments that will become staples in your weeknight cooking. With just 4 pantry ingredients, you can easily make stuffed flatbreads at home with unlimited filling combinations.
You’ll get to practice making a classic flatbread that you can then stuff with a range of fillings:
Aloo parathas (potato)
Paneer parathas (fresh cheese)
Daal parathas (lentil)
Gur Mawa parathas (sweet nut and milk)
We’ll then pair our flatbreads with accompaniments for dipping, scooping, spreading, and topping:
Refreshing spiced yogurt (raita)
Spicy quick pickles (athela marcha)
Classes are BYOB. This class is vegetarian but cannot accommodate gluten-free students. This class can accommodate vegan students on all dishes except the paneer and gur mawa parathas. Please contact us if you have any questions about dietary restrictions.
