Level up your cooking game with a hands-on experience where you'll master the art of using miso, soy sauce, and shio! Chef JT Gelineau will demonstrate how to create super flavorful dishes with plant-based, nutrient-dense fermented foods. You'll learn how Mushrooms Naturally use traditional fermentation methods to produce local misos and soy sauces, and you'll make your own miso to take home!

After tasting and learning about koji-fermented products and making your own miso, you’ll enjoy a variety of dishes demonstrated by chef JT Gelineau to explore all the ways you can use the homemade miso you’ll be taking home.
