SOLD OUT Korean BBQ Party with Holly Fann

Instructor: Holly Fann, cohosted with Jackie Price

Here is your passport to mastering the art of hosting an unforgettable Korean BBQ party at home! Join Fennel and esteemed food writer Holly Fann for a hands-on class where you’ll learn the fundamental skills of cooking Korean dishes and entertaining friends with a Korean BBQ dinner party.

You’ll prepare traditional bulgogi beef and tofu, samgyeopsal (pork belly), and vegetables for grilling, then create an assortment of banchan (side dishes) to compliment the meal, including white kimchi, green onion salad, bean sprout salad, and steamed egg. Once we have a full spread of proteins, banchan, and sauces, we’ll pull out our tabletop grills and enjoy a Korean BBQ party together. Holly will walk you through how to grill, pair, and eat all the dishes and sauces on the table, as well as some fun Korean BBQ party games and traditions for enjoying the meal with your friends. Class is BYOB and we recommend bringing soju along with you to get the full party experience!
