Join Fennel and Wheelhouse Fish Co. for an evening full of incredible seafood straight from Alaska. Wheelhouse Fish Co. is founded by Shalie Dahl Moore, who was raised working on her family’s commercial fishing boats in Alaska. She’s bringing the highest quality wild-caught Alaskan seafood directly from fishermen to Saint Louis and we’re lucky enough to cook with it! In this class, you’ll get to taste and cook with a variety of wild Alaskan seafood. We’ll start with a tasting of seafood products from Wheelhouse where you’ll get to experience the difference between types of salmon while learning about how the fish you’re eating was caught, processed, and every step in between. Next, we’ll cook with some gorgeous fish straight from Alaska and sit down to a seafood-filled dinner together.
