We’ll guide you through the techniques of making super flaky homemade pie crust and then craft both sweet and savory filling combinations before sitting down to enjoy our sweet and savory tart variations together. On the menu: 

• Peach and Almond Cream Galette with Maple Whipped Cream

• Blueberry, Lemon, and Lavender Galette

• Heirloom Tomato Galette with Fresh Mozzarella and Herbs

• Corn, Zucchini, and Ricotta Galette
