Join Fennel and Sugarwitch for our second collab! You’ll learn all about making STL’s favorite ice cream sandwiches from Sugarwitch co-owner Sophie Mendelson, then get hands-on to make your own homemade ice cream, cookies, and toppings for mix-and-match ice cream sandwiches. On the menu:

  • Ice creams: Matcha Oreo, Chai Spice, Honey Lavender, Miso Brown Sugar

  • Cookies: Gingersnap, Double Chocolate Chip

  • Bittersweet & White Chocolate Shell + all the toppings!

*Classes will be available Sunday 2/4 at 10 AM
