In this class, you’ll learn Jackie’s tips for creating flavorful and nourishing soups out of just about any ingredients. We’ll review different types of soups, best practices for off-the-cuff soup making, and how to make homemade vegetable and chicken stocks to elevate your soup game. Next, we’ll make a variety of savory soups and sit down to a soup-filled dinner together.
