Fall will soon be creeping in, and we’re excited to celebrate Oktoberfest at Fennel with lots of homemade pretzels! In this class, you’ll learn how to make soft, golden-brown pretzels with that perfect chewy texture, just like you’d find at a traditional German festival. We’ll explore classic and creative ways to enjoy your homemade pretzels, from savory to sweet, and whip up some delicious German-inspired accompaniments. 

On the menu:

  • Homemade Soft Pretzels

  • German Beer Cheese

  • Raspberry Honey Mustard

  • German Red Cabbage Slaw

  • Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel Bites

This class is vegetarian but cannot accommodate gluten-free or vegan students. Classes are BYOB, so feel free to bring your favorite beer, and we’ll make sure you’ve got all the pretzel pairings you need for a festive Oktoberfest celebration!
