Preparing holiday dinners can often bring about more stress than celebration: How do you get everything to the table on time (and hot)? How do you cook food for 12 in your tiny kitchen? How do you make an impressive, cozy, home-cooked meal without isolating yourself in the kitchen? Fennel is here to help! In this class, we’ll make a delicious holiday dinner party feast - all of which can be prepped in advance to help you keep your sanity. We’ll make dishes and enjoy them shortly afterwards in class, but everything on this menu is great for making in advance. You’ll get all of chef Jackie’s tips for how to store everything in the fridge and freezer, along with a shopping list and timeline to help you streamline recreating this menu for loved ones.
