Raise your hand if you love ravioli as much as we do! In this class, you’ll learn how to make homemade egg pasta dough and how to turn it into ravioli, tortellini, and agnolotti with fun fillings and sauces. It’s the perfect class for folks who are new to making homemade pasta or those who’ve made pasta before and want to level up to trying out new filled pasta shapes. 

On the menu:

  • Mushroom & Fontina Ravioli with Truffle Butter Sauce

  • Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli with Garlic Confit

  • Prosciutto & Lemon Tortellini with Lemon Caper Sauce

  • Butternut Squash Agnolotti with Sage Browned Butter

Classes are BYOB. This class can accommodate vegetarian students, but not vegan or gluten-free options. Please leave a note at checkout if anyone in your group is vegetarian or has other dietary restrictions/allergies.
