In this hands-on class, you’ll learn the art of creating delectable quiches from scratch with flaky, buttery crust, velvety custard filling, and fun flavor combinations. You’ll pair local ingredients including farm-fresh eggs, Baetje Farms goat cheese, Ozark Forest Mushrooms, local sausage, and seasonal vegetables for quiche fillings that are perfect for spring. After mastering homemade pie dough, shaping and filling quiches, and the perfect bake, you’ll sit down to brunch with your gorgeous quiches and a simple salad on the side. On the menu:

This class can accommodate vegetarian but not vegan or gluten-free students.
Classes are BYOB. If you bring champagne to this class, we’ll provide the OJ to make brunch mimosas!
