Learn how to make homemade egg pasta dough and form a variety of pasta shapes by hand and with a pasta roller. If you’ve ever been intimidated by the thought of making homemade pasta, let us show you how approachable it can be! We’ll start with a demo so you can see the process behind making homemade pasta dough, then you’ll make your own batch of pasta dough to roll and shape and work in groups to make accompanying sauces. We'll knead, roll, shape, and boil to our hearts' content while pairing with local ingredients to make:
