We love classic potato latkes and jelly-filled donuts as much as you do, but this class is all about getting creative with fried dishes for Hanukkah. Learn how to make unique takes on latkes with a variety of root vegetables and toppings, then master yeast doughs and deep-frying techniques to make sweet, fluffy donuts.

  • Sweet Potato & Beet Latkes with Labneh & Pomegranate

  • Celery Root & Parsnip Latkes with Salted Applesauce

  • Leek & Potato Latkes with Caper Creme Fraiche

  • Porcini Potato Latkes with Roasted Onion Applesauce

  • Raspberry Filled Donuts with Cardamom Sugar

  • Lemon Filled Donuts with Ginger Sugar

This class is vegetarian and can accommodate dairy free students but not vegan or gluten free students. Please note that Fennel Cooking Studio is not a kosher kitchen.
