If you’ve taken our classic Homemade Pasta class and want to dive deeper into pasta making, or if you’ve been curious about creating pasta from scratch but felt unsure where to start, we’re here to guide you through every step!
We'll begin with a demonstration to show you how to make a traditional semolina pasta dough. Then, you’ll get hands-on experience crafting your own dough and shaping it into various pasta forms—all without the use of a pasta roller.
Together, we’ll knead, shape, and cook our handmade creations, pairing them with fresh, local ingredients to prepare:
Orecchiette with Kale, Sausage, and Lemon
Cavatelli with Broccoli, Garlic, and Calabrian Chilies
Busiate with Tomato Pesto
Trofie with Pistachio Pesto and Stracciatella
