Welcome to Friday happy hour at Fennel! We’ll unwind from the week, make and drink fancy cocktails, and cook simple-but-impressive snacks together. In this class, you’ll learn our formula for easy mix-and-match mocktails and cocktails, then you’ll get to mix your own drinks and enjoy them throughout class. You’ll also learn how to make a variety of bright and flavorful appetizers featuring summer produce, then we’ll all snack and drink together while meeting new friends and welcoming the weekend.
