Join us for a special offsite class at Neon Greens in the Grove!

Neon Greens owner Josh Smith will give you a sneak peek tour of their innovative restaurant and hydroponic farm, where you’ll learn about hydroponic growing systems and pick your own lettuce to use for making lunch. Then you’ll head into the Neon Greens kitchen with Chef Jackie to learn how to make flavorful, satisfying, and exciting salads with homemade toppings and dressings.

On the menu:

  • Baby Kale Caesar with Homemade Caesar Dressing, Crispy Chickpeas, and 6-Minute Egg

  • Fennel & Grapefruit Salad with Hazelnuts, Local Goat Cheese, and Citrus Vinaigrette

  • Shawarma-Spiced Lentil Salad with Roasted Bell Peppers, Local Goat Feta, and Tahini-Lemon Dressing

  • Roasted Ozark Forest Mushroom & Tempeh Salad with Ginger-Miso Dressing

This class can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Please leave a note at checkout if anyone in your group is vegetarian or has other dietary restrictions/allergies.
