SOLD OUT Feast of the Seven Fishes

The Feast of the Seven Fishes is an Italian-American Christmas Eve tradition. While everyone does it a little bit differently, we can all agree that a feast full of seafood is a great way to get festive. Join us for a decadent and celebratory class, where we’ll make seven impressive seafood dishes ranging from snacky appetizers to hearty pasta and whole fish. Use this menu as a template for your own Feast of the Seven Fishes on the 24th or just revel in the joy of a multi-course seafood meal without having to do the dishes. Either way, you’ll gain hands-on experience working with fresh seafood and walk away with plenty of seafood recipes you can recreate all year long, plus tips for how to purchase fresh seafood in the St. Louis area. On the menu:

  • Lemony Smoked Trout Dip

  • Bagna Cauda with Crudites

  • Seafood, Radicchio, and Citrus Salad

  • Shrimp with Garlic & Sherry

  • Spaghetti with Clams & Pancetta

  • Fennel & Tomato Steamed Mussels

  • Frito Misto di Mare (Fried Mixed Seafood)

  • Salt-Baked Red Snapper with Citrus & Herbs

This class can accommodate pescetarian and gluten-free students. Please leave a note at checkout if this applies to you or anyone in your group.

Classes are BYOB. Note that some classes can be adapted to meet dietary needs, but not all. Please contact us if you have any questions about dietary restrictions.
