In this month’s seasonal farmers market class, we’re exploring early spring produce and getting inspired by the start of our monthly cooking demonstrations at the Tower Grove Farmers’ Market! Just as we're all nearing our fill of wintery root vegetables, the market comes alive with fresh, colorful, tender produce like greens, spring onions, herbs, asparagus, radishes, and fennel. We’ll start by reviewing what’s in season and best buying practices for seasonal produce. Next, we’ll divide into groups to make snacks to munch on while cooking entrees, then we’ll sit down to dinner together.
